This transaction was wonderful. I initially applied with ON Q with the intention of purchasing land/manufactured home but after putting in an offer on some land and realizing the actual cost of that i then decided to pursue a traditional stick built home. After some searching and my initial pre approval deadline expired I found a home and ON Q honored the original rate and I truly appreciated that. I worked with Jared and Kelly directly and they were both fantastic and knowledgeable. I am sure there were times o annoyed them with progress checks and tons of questions but they always answered my questions and even gave helpful advice. Bottom line is I would highly recommend ON Q
