I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eva at the front desk. I was having such a terrible day because I hate loans and the process and the feeling of my personal business being criticized. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH EVA. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out Eva was professional and really showed she knew her job. This made me feel more me at ease. With or without approval of a loan she made my visit stress free and simple, which allowed me to leave in a better attitude from when I walked in. THANK YOU EVA!!

I'd just like to saw that LaShay (my loan specialist) and Tonia (the manager) were the most pleasant to work with AND very timely! I didn't expect to be approved so fast, but they worked diligently to get my information over to the underwriter to get my process completed quickly! They were super helpful and let me ask as many questions as I wanted to ensure I was comfortable with my decision! I would TOTALLY recommend the both of them. If you need a great loan specialist REQUEST LASHAY! Tonia is a really good manager, I know this because she was training LaShay while I was in there and she explained each step thoroughly and with a pleasant and eager-to-teach, demeanor and tone!

Omni has been super great and helpful. Was lucky to be able to work with Delia as she was very quick and helpful with all the questions I had and getting me in and out on such short notice.

I generally don’t leave reviews but I feel like this company was so helpful, I had to. I initially applied online and two days later, I received a call asking me to provide extra documents to expedite my loan application process. I came into the office and Delia greeted me and helped me through every step and made this process as easy and simple as possible. She explained and expressed everything and made sure that my application was good to go within 24 hours. The payment plan was structured to suit my budget and I really appreciated that as well. This company is really beneficial to those of us who are in the military who need a small loan to take care of business when the credit union banks fail. I will recommend and will apply again the next time I need a loan.

I came in for a 1200$ loan and I have bad credit. They weren't able to give me all that I requested but I was still able to get half of what I wanted and that put butterflies into my stomach. Myra and Natalia were very helpful from start to finish. They both were very friendly and polite and always made sure you were taken care of to the best of their abilities. If you're reading this I recommend them to all service members.

Customer service is excellent, I was helped by Delia Sambrano. She is very nice and patient, and does everything she can to help the customer. As well as explain all the details of the loan perfectly so there aren't any confusions or mix-ups.

Hit a bind in our PCS and Omni Financial was able to get us approved within a few hrs with our less than perfect credit. Very relieved and thankful for everything. Highly recommend.

This place is great if you need last minute money. I have terrible credit and was still able to get the loan I needed so not only do I have the money I need but I can start to easily rebuild my credit too. I'm so thankful to Omni and especially to Myra who was so helpful in me getting the money I needed quickly and helping me apply and understand everything along the way.

Omni is a great place for military to get a quick and easy loan in case you ever just need extra money for anything unexpected. Most of the time you get an answer within a few hours. Delia and Myra are the best and are very friendly. They explain the whole process and go over everything with you.

I am always welcomed with a warm greeting while visiting here. The staff is amazing especially Delia, she was very helpful through the process with answers to questions I had. Came in with a frown and left with a smile.
