I have had Omaha Federal Credit Union for at least 6 or 7 years now. I couldn't be happier with the staff, customer service, helping with banking questions or issues, they are only 1 step away when you need them. They put their trust in me when I started there, and now I know for certain, I can put my trust in them! EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Online banking rarely works and is very limited. We have an auto loan for an RV. They cannot keep their insurance records up to date using a third party company they hire to do it for them. We get a threatening letter from them every time our insurance expires requiring that we resubmit a form to their third party company. The third party is not the lien holder listed on the loan which is where the form is sent. We tried putting the third party address on my insurance but it gets rejected as incorrect for the lien holder. I don't know why they make their problem my headache and my work to manage. They have good rates but not worth the headaches required to business with them. Also, very limited hours for support compared to bigger banks.

I've gotten 2 loans from this place, and they gave me great rates. I would go here again and would recommend this to others. I reason I found out about this place was because 2 friends of mine used them as well.

Could be more personable. Ask if there's a name for "party made out to" for $ orders.l There's no record of to whom that money was paid. Your customer service requires a lot of work. Be personable. Every body wants and needs kindness and respect. Be the bank that actually cares. Don't leave your customers on hold and close while they wait... for over half an hour. No dread. *** Walk in "just ok"; leave feeling life's goodness."

I been banking here for almost 3 years now and it was the worst choice I could have made. The employees are terribly rude to me when I call in and when I come into the location I am ignored. I am going to start looking for a new place to bank.
