I went to Olympia Mazda looking for a luxury SUV that was reliable and safe. I was greeted by Dewayne who showed me the 2022 Mazda CX-5. Without any sales pitch, I was sold on the vehicle. Dewayne made the car buying process as easy as possible and exceed my expectations. I can’t say better things about this dealership. I loved every minute working with the team at Mazda or Olympia!!!

Last week I bought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 from here. I have never really enjoyed car shopping, but this time around I actually managed to enjoy myself. After doing my research into mid-size SUV models, I went in to Olympia Mazda to get a feel for how the CX5 felt to sit in. Jeremy Kpeglo came out and was very helpful without being pushy. He made me feel right at home. Jeremy gave me information about the model I was interested in. Listened to my explanations about having 2 different manufacturers in mind and was open and non-judgmental about "the other guy". Gave me a card and asked me to give him a call when I got closer to making a purchase. Two weeks later, I called Jeremy to let him know I was bringing my husband up to look at cars. When we arrived, he had the model I was interested in ready for a look-see. He described all of the features and on the test drive was very good about explaining everything. Jeremy made me feel like there was no rush about making a decision. End result? We bought a new Mazda CX5 from Jeremy. First time going into a dealership, and Mazda Olympia and the staff are wonderful! Tom Helms was very helpful, patient and friendly, through messaging exchanges before the buy and asking questions, up to the test drive and purchase. I purchased a Ford Focus SE Hatchback, and the process was very informative and easy. I paid in cash for my vehicle, and there were no hidden fees, haggling, nor packages to up sale. I fully understood what I was paying for and the process was quick and easy! I would definitely buy another car from them again, the atmosphere was exciting and not stressful!

Terrific experience buying a new Mazda from Tom Helms at Olympia Mazda! He is kind, straight forward, informative, and has a professional, relaxed manner with no sales pressure. Due to the pandemic, I had only looked online at the current Mazda models, so was unsure about changes to the interior. I inquired about a Mazda 6 advertised on the Olympia lot and Tom quickly sent personalized videos showing the interior of the car and the trunk space. When we arrived Tom had the car all set for a test drive. I also looked at other trims and compared interiors and features, but preferred the car that first led us to Olympia Mazda. The price was the best that you could get anywhere (thoroughly researched prices). I had never purchased a maintenance contract before, but have been using another of their auto group's locations for years and have received excellent service, so Tugs in finance did show how it would work out well. It is a great deal if you live near one of their auto group's dealerships. Even with the test drive and explanations of the car's updated technology, we were in and out with a great new car in less than 2 hours. Pleasant, efficient service with excellent, competitive pricing!

I was in the market for a Mazda MX-5 and found several on-line matching what I was looking for. I spoke with the internet salesman, Jeff Kollmer, he was friendly, helpful; he even volunteered to pay my gas bill, since I had to travel 50 miles from where I live, to their dealership. He was able to effectively demonstrate the operation of the vehicle, and we took a comprehensive test drive. He was willing to let me drive as much as I wanted, within reason of course. They had the vehicle that I wanted at a competitive price, and they were willing to work with me to close a good deal. There was never any pressure. I like that they are genuinely interested in treating me as a valued customer. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but this had to be the most low-key, easy-going experience I’ve ever had doing so. I would highly recommend Mazda of Olympia.

Went to Olympia Mazda to look at a Miata and they had the one I wanted. I worked with Jeremy and he got me the money I wanted for my trade. And they even beat my bank loan rate! There was one minor issue with the vehicle being scratched and not noticing until after delivery, but the managers were great and they had their service department buff it out immediately, no questions asked. All in all, would recommend these guys.

The staff was beyond acceptional from Zach at the internet, Allen the finance guy to all the workers, cleaning the cars and getting them ready for us in a timely manner. We were in and out within 3 1/2 hours with the purchase of 3 vehicles. That is just unheard of. I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough. We sold a boat early evening and “flew” to Olympia cash in hand. It was 30 minutes before closing. Jeremy was saving “our” car for us. We live two hours from Olympia Mazda, so he checked in with us as he steered other interested buyers, (some were still there when we arrived) away from “our” car. He was gracious, warm, and professional. He answered all of the questions we fired at him, both quickly, and thoughtfully. I have hearing issues. Jeremy was accommodating and patient. He was able to get our paperwork etc. processed as quickly, as possible, but still had to stay until almost 10pm. (His wife, a nurse, arrived from work to pick him up at 8, also warm and wonderful, despite being a nursing mama to a 5 mos old she hadn’t seen for 12 hours!) I went into Olympia Mazda knowing exactly what I wanted (Model, trim, color, transmission, everything). Okay, it's been about 3 weeks since I've purchased my car. I totally love the car❣️ and the employees are really great. A bit of pressure sales but I didn't care because I didn't need the car so I wasn't playing that game. Keep in mind while buying a vehicle that the number they show you as what their profit is, is not their profit. What your seeing is the frosting. That is above what they want to get before it starts cutting into their profit. This applies to used vehicles not new. They work as a team and I didn't detect any cutthroat salesmanship going on at all. They replaced the battery in one of the FOBs that was dead for no additional cost. That was about 2 weeks after purchase because I don't live in the Olympia area. I do wish they would have taken a picture there at Olympia Mazda. My son did elsewhere after the purchase. They should offer pictures. It would be a nice addition to their service. The lobby is nice. Not all fantastic like the Lexus dealers, but nice. All in all, super nice people and experience. As always, it took way too long. I already was pre-approved with my bank and Olympia Mazda does participate in the CUDL program and that makes things much easier. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at Olympia Mazda and totally love my car❣️

Tommy from Mazda was very helpful and the finance guy at Mazda is amazing, got the best rates and multiple offers compared to other dealerships who couldn't even approve me. Only reason it's not a 5 star is on the drive back we noticed the rear right light wasn't working. I took it back and they fixed it immediately. But it questions how thorough they are in the "inspection Checklist" before you get the car.

Drug me along, never called back. After making me wait a week. Did not really try to get me approved. Went to Autoquest, was approved in a couple of hours, and purchased the same Porche that they had at Mazda, that was cheaper and in better condition. My new Cayanne Turbo has lower miles, only two owners, no accidents, and a very, very detailed Carfax report, I know everything that was done to the car, and the details were maticulate and up to date. This includes annual maintenance and repairs. I am a medical student, but they thought I wasn't intelligent or fruitful. The finance lady blatantly platronized me, and thought I didn't know what that they were doing that. It made my heart sink. My father was thinking about buying himself another brand, new navigator but after my experience, hes going to go to Seattle to buy one. At least I got to play with a Lamborghini. My father is buying it now. Overall I think I got the better end of the stick but they shouldn't judge people and disregard people they dont think are worthy.

Beginning months before I set foot on the dealership lot, Zach was there for me and answered all my questions without any pressure. He checked up on me and reassured me that Olympia Mazda would be there for me when I was ready. When I was ready to take the next steps, he gladly sent me a personalized video tour of the Mazda6 I was interested in and even a nice photo of the Monroney window sticker as I had requested. He was also flexible with my appointment time and made adjustments for my busy schedule--all the while communicating with me and checking on how my schedule was going. All this provided an excellent foundation for Greg to build upon--and Greg went above and beyond to continue my excellent experience! Greg made my dad and I feel very comfortable during the entire in-person tour, test drive, and purchase process. He gave me a nice deal on my trade-in, made sure I got the best price on the Mazda6, and included a few extras at my request. I looked for a car for about a month and finally ended up finding the perfect car for me and my needs at Olympia Mazda. I worked with them over the phone and they got all my details and got me approved for financing before I even came in. When I got there I was surprised to be greeted by the friendliest staff, we all know car lots can be a little intimidating with pushy sales people but this was NOT that. They offered me and my family refreshments and made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all. After weeks of test drives and research, I decided which car I wanted. Olympia Mazda was the only dealership within 300 miles that had the car, and they actually had two. I spoke with Rocky and Greg on the phone before I drove nearly three hours for test drives. Knowing how far I was driving, they answered all of my questions and offered up videos of both cars before I made the trek. They were helpful and friendly, and the reviews for the dealership made me feel that I felt I could trust them. I was not disappointed!
