Andrea made the process of applying for a new home loan seamless. She answered all of our questions, was very timely, and made sure that our loan worked for us. This was the second time that we have worked with Andrea, and we will continue to go to her with any of our mortgage needs.

I filled out a form online, and Andrea immediately responded, unlike several other companies in the area. She was instantly helpful and told me what I needed to do to get started. She did not overwhelm me with paperwork requests, and let me know what she needed next. When it came time to signing the documents on line, she set up a Zoom call to walk me through it, and that made it so simple! She stayed in contact until the actual signing at the Title Company and was always very pleasant.

Andrea is very good at her job! She takes her time and “thinks outside of the box” to find the best option for your mortgage. She won’t pressure you to make a decision and she will always do what is best for the customer:). So thankful we met her!
