Old National Bank Vierling Dr, Shakopee

After being with this bank for 20+ years, enough is enough. First National bank of Chaska, and Klein Bank were great, Old National is terrible. They sent me out a new debit card and apparently it was returned to sender but they never contacted me, just shut off my card, this happened 3 times. I have not moved, changed my name, & no reason I didn’t get the 3 cards they claimed to send. When I called to voice my frustration and tell them to turn my card back on they refused to help. I then went in and pulled all the money out of my 3 accounts without issue, however didn’t try to figure out what was going on or how to better the situation. You’d figure keeping an existing customer would be much easier than finding a new one, but nobody cares. Read reviews about who you are going to give your business to, the credit union I’m now with appreciates my business.

I have been banking here for many years. The only time there is a problem is when you deal with a personal banker. Back in the day they would talk to you with respect and concern. Now they are pushy, bossy, and rude. I had one of those today. She was the worst. Very frustrated with this modern customer service. I have one piece of advice. Even if your product is not top of the line you will succeed if your CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Of coarse they want me to call a general customer service number to help me with bad customer service ?

This bank has to be the most ridiculous bank I’ve ever dealt with. If you have a loan with them you cannot make a payment online, or even give them a card number over the phone, unless you bank with them. This is the best motivator to refi their loan and never look back. Avoid them at all costs.

Their "policies" really depend on whos working at the time. Depending on the week and whos all there i can either cash my pay check or they will make me wait 24 hours but its never consistant. There are some very nice people that work there and there are some incredibly rude ones but its kind of just a luck of the draw. You just have to go in and hope for the best.

My daughter who is 16 signed up for a student checking account and of managing money for the first time can be difficult and mistakes are made however charging a fee for everyday being negative is horrible especially being a young person trying to learn. I will never recommend this bank for people due to this fee schedule.

My family and I have been banking here for about five years now. Back then it was called KleinBank. Most of the same people still work there. Very nice people in my opinion. We love to go to the Christmas party every year with our kids. I have not experienced any problems banking here.

So disappointed in Old National Bank. My daughter was expecting a 500 dollar deposit return from a damage deposit. Woke up this morning it was there, what a blessing on this financially hard time of year. Hours later I get a call from Old National that they made an error and deposited someone else's money in my daughters account. I am told the money will be pulled from my account to cover it. I just paid house payment and have 200 for gifts for my family. The guy tells me he is trying to help me by letting me know so I dont lose my money. My daughter paid her 130.00 cell phone bill and now I have to cover the loss. That leaves me with 80 for gifts. MERRY CHRISTMAS OLD NATIONAL. YOU WILL BE LOSSING MY BUISNESS MONDAY !!

My family has been banking here for over 7 years. I, along with my mother, was treated with such disrespect, I will be calling a manager of sorts to deal with the rudeness I was given a few days ago. Worst yet, is that I was handled by one of the managers! I would give them a piece of my mind, but I was having such a good day. She managed to insult me and talk about me and my family "behind" my back, but I was a mere step away, and I could hear them. They did not care at all.

Never answers there calls! Like you literally call them and I feel like they just sit there hoping that you won’t call back.. and you have to leave a voicemail? So unprofessional, and the ladies there are no help, they can’t count when I get change I’m always short. Never banking again.
