I sat in line in the drive thru on 7/6 for thirty-eight minutes. Just had to make a quick deposit, but since the atm doesn’t take deposits, I sat in line. Then when it’s my turn to go; we now have a computer problem and my transaction takes maybe another ten minutes. I got other things to do today. I’ll give ya a redemption star because the sweet older teller lady was very kind. She’s great. Maybe another one or two more tellers would have helped.

We recently applied for an auto loan through Firefly Credit Union in Shakopee. My Loan Advisor was Jesse Lara. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire loan process simple. Not only did we get a great interest rate, but he took his time in answering all of my questions. We will definitely contact Jesse for any future loan needs. Truly a five star experience.

I have to say the costumer service here is very satisfying. I had a dispute, they took care of me over the phone with a company who pulled money from me twice. So I would recommend Charmaine Bing! She is a senior member. She’s told me she’s been doing this longer then I have been around. 😎 You can find her at the shakopee location.

worst app for deposits. Dont waste your time just go to the store and manual deposit it. There IT department doesnt respond and just forget about there help button, probably better off yelling at hte top of your lungs for help. Firefly made a bad choice joining forces with this company

I've banked here for several years and they've always treated me with respect. Very attentive to clients and their needs. Tellers, Robyn and Elyse are great. I've also worked with Charmaine on cars loans, she made it as stress free as she could and got me out there driving in no time!

Firefly is very secure and offers me the flexibility and variety of options that I need as a young adult. I wish I started banking here earlier when I was a teen. On a personal note, I really dislike corporate banks (Wells Fargo) who sell your debt and do other nasty things, so Firefly was really a no-brainer. I got an auto loan with 30% down and I have a credit card with a decent limit. Getting the auto loan was straight forward and Mike K. really helped me get what I was looking for. All of my transactions so far have been professional and kind.

Varinder was at Shakopee location but out of chanhassen, great experience, friendly, knowledgeable, i was able to get my accounts set up hassle free and had great financial convos about crypto and stocks and rebuilding credit.
