    I was extremely happy to give this bank a five-star rating. I am not affiliated with old national bank I don't bank with them I don't work for them never heard of them until I got my first paycheck from my employer. I walked in at 9:00 in the morning and the gentleman sitting at the desk behind the safety glass was very nice treated me very respectfully and asked me how could he help me. I told him I was there to cash the check although I don't have an account with him and he said that was not a problem at all. I showed him my identification and they cashed it. They were super friendly, super nice, super clean bank. I was thoroughly impressed with it and I will be back! Hopefully one day I will be able to get, an account with them.

    Couldn’t take care of my needs. Too strict on home equity loans. I have an 815 credit score. Went elsewhere for service. Closed my accounts. Including my ira savings acct.

    Employees are friendly and recognize me even when out and about in public. Even though there are plenty of features with mobile banking, I try to deposit checks and do other business directly with them in person. Wonderful team.
