Old National Bank Duckwood Dr, Eagan

Long term customer of Anchor Bank, very unhappy with Old National. They could care less about their customers-. They eliminated Saturday drive thru, now limited hours M&F 9-5pm-not very accessible for those of us who work. And today,to top it off, I find you can no longer call the branch-they have replaced the local number with a number to their call center, which is horrendous. Left on hold with their various phone recordings for 20 minutes, then another 10 minutes while they collected more information and left me on hold to answer a question that tool less than 30 seconds. The people at the bank branch are great, but Old National wants to make sure you can't get to them. Shopping for a new bank.

Tried to complete a construction loan/mortgage with this bank, while building our new house. We started construction of our new home, only to have a foundation poured and no loan, just BS. This had nothing to do with our side of the fence, perfect credit ratings and paperwork had been completed, I was even working with the bank's president. Seeing a previous reviewers experience only made me cringe when I read it, hence my review. P.S. also had a commercial account with them for my business, now I drive over an hour to get to my new bank, twice the convince, can be done online or just over the phone.

One of the best banks I have ever been to, food was great, coffee was fresh, fire place was warm, staff was friendly, lighting was great, tellers were very nice, I was able to deposit my diamonds no problem.

Any bank whose manager asks for a SSN from an international student is either too provincial, ignorant, or biased to be a branch manager; bank just needs the Visa.

Glad I bank here, the muffins Rob brought in were phenomenal.

Don't go here for a home mortgage. They have recently hired a Vice President for mortgages that I have previously had extremely negative experiences with. In my experience, the Title company that this mortgage officer recommended, made a couple mistakes disbursing funds. We had reached out to them to ask questions about our concerns and how the bank handled things as well. Instead of doing their fiduciary duty to their client, they "went out for drinks" with the person from the title company and told them to watch out for us. They then told us that they did that?!? Beware of doing mortgage business here.

I have always been very happy with the staff and service at Anchor Bank particularly in contrast to our old bank! They have been both professional and friendly- even to our dog Rosie who is always welcomed !
