Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Central Park Village Dr, Eagan

Tried making a deposit today at this location's ATM, but it stated that "We can't accept cash deposits right now". This is great when you have bills to pay and the lobby at this location is open whenever they deem it necessary. The next location is about 15 minutes away and not what I wanted to be doing after a long day and "who knows" if they'd be open either. Mind you this is a Thursday afternoon..... What is this country coming to...............

I was talked into switching to this bank and what a horrible mistake I’ve made. I rushed out of work to get to this bank with absurd hours, and although it said the are open 9-4, the doors were locked at 3:59pm. I drove around to the one ATM trying to make an urgent cash deposit, and the machine said it’s not accepting deposits right now. SERIOUSLY!!? I drove around again thinking I would use the night deposit and LOCKED. This place makes it impossible to bank with them. I will have to switch back to my credit union with multiple drive ups, normal hours until 6pm, and never rejects deposits.

This bank had excellent customer service! I was traveling to MN to purchase a car from a private seller and decided to get an auto loan. On my journey to Bank of America, I was helped by Rose Bounyasy who went above and beyond with her service. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted and helped on my auto loan which went smoothly especially since I only had a few hours to iron out all of the details for a successful car purchase before I had to catch a flight back to TX. She helped me through the whole way and even tried to pull some strings to expedite the process due to it being an out of state purchase so at the end, I was able to leave the financial center knowing the rest of the process and leaving stress free.

Ruth or whatever the indian lady in front desk name is needs to get fired!!!!! She’s rude and disrespectful and dont know what customer service is. She’s probably the reason why there are so many one start or bad reviews about this brunch. SHE GOTTA GO!!!!!!!

Yesterday (06.13.2022), by 9 30 am, i visited the Eagan BoA , central park commons location. I was so surprised to hear the front desk personnel mentioning that "Our teller had an appointment, so he is coming late and we cannot take your money, use ATM to deposit or come after 10 am" Since i didnot carry my Debit card, i was unable to use the ATM to deposit. The suggestion given by front desk personnel is to go to apple valley or Burnsville,. Qn: Why do you have a bank in Eagan?? Bank opens by 9 am and no one at the location has the responsibility to open the counter. Qn : what if the teller is absent that day? The response might be "Come Tomorrow because our teller is absent" I dont know about the culture of the bank, but this location needs improvement. I never had a good feeling of customer service with this location.

Bank of America messed up our chances of getting a home loan for a new house. My wife and I went into Bank of America in July to get her a card for my credit card account and ended up being signed up for an account we didn't ask for. We still don't cards for that account and yet we have late bills for the same account. Those late bills have been removed because they were given to us erroneously, and yet we still lost over 80 points on our credit score because of the error! Again, we still don't even have cards for that account. Because of the reduction in credit score and the "late payments" we were told we couldn't get the house loan we asked for. I have used Bank of America for my entire banking and financial history. I have loved them! However, I have just moved to MN this year and the Bank of America's here are missing what the rest of the country has. They have actually made me start looking for another bank. Almost any other bank would be better than Bank of America.

Bank doesn't provide solutions to your queries. Totally disappointed. I needed a document which shows my current address which I recently updated online, they said that there is no document that shows my account name and address. I used to get this type of document from other banks. I may need to change the bank because they BofA not providing any proper service, especially the branch I went just recently for this document and they responded in some commanding tone.

Horrible customer service! Do not bank with this establishment. They make it impossible to even like going into the bank. Rude people, could careless if you are a customer or not. Horrible, horrible service! Go to US Bank or Wells Fargo, period. Do not waste your time.

Went there on the day it opened it was amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. This place is beautiful, if I wasn't with bank of America already I would've switched just because of the customer service and the aura of this one location.
