Absolutely trash service to get a money order. Waited over 30 minutes to talked to someone and when I finally did they wanted an outrageous fee for a money order. Most other places around are $1 fee. Go to TTCU on penn, much better service!

This credit union has extended me loans for vehicles that other lenders wouldn't. Excellent customer service every time I call or visit the Lincoln branch. Angela is my loan officer and she has provided the BEST service! I even switched my other accounts here after her kindness.

I have used the Credit Union for three loans now and am overall very happy with them. Chris Codding was my loan officer this time and was very helpful and friendly. My only issue with them is that it almost always takes longer than they say it will for anything to happen. It may not be their fault, it is just somewhat frustrating as a customer.

Oklahoma’s Credit Union is the best financial institution to deal with. The staff is excellent in what they do. Whatever your needs are, they handle it in a expedited manner. They always have a pleasant attitude no matter what. I enjoy each time I see them in person or talk with them over the phone. For all your financial needs, contact them, you want be disappointed.

Oklahoma Credit Union is the only bank I trust. They treat you like a person and not a number. They are always ready to help you when you need them. I love their Fraud Dept. if too many transactions start showing up, they freeze your card and call you immediately to see if you are the one doing another of action on your account. I popped in without an appointment and within 10 minutes I was approved for an auto loan for the loan amount and monthly payment I was requesting. My loan officer followed up with me, and when I was ready to buy the car I wanted she had the paperwork ready the same day. There wasn't a thing they could have done more efficiently, and the customer service was outstanding. Plus, I bought my vehicle from Carvana, and OKCU worked seamlessly with them to handle the details.
