I’ve been an account holder since 2007, and these amazing ladies here took the best care of me today (1/14/2022). What a dream team! I am so grateful for their kindness and efforts.

I just opened this account and trying to call customer service is IMPOSSIBLE...literally! I tried for 3 days and no one answers and after staying on hold several times for over 45 mins each time, the phone disconnects! I had to call Walmart and ask them to give my phone number To the branch at their location. Think people are working from home and don't have time to field calls due to having other moonlighting remote jobs from home. they say they were number 1 in banking by Forbes in b Oklahoma...? CAN'T BE TRUE no one answers the phone. And the live chat online doesn't work either. Shame on this bank! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!!! RUN!!!

This location awesome!! The staff is excellent! They always go out of their way to make a personal friendly connection with us. The Branch manager is superb! This is now the only branch that I go too. I drive from Edmond to just to go here!!! I was thinking about cancelling my account because of the main bank customer service. They repaired my relationship with the bank & retained a 10 year customer!!!

Basement ladies made a bad situation better with age very professional and capable quick and knowledgeable I love this branch

Never had a good bank like city national Bank they take care off me and my family as well and my poppies as well the always friendly

This bank is horrible I have a business account here every time I make night drop deposit my cash never post to my account it’s been 4 days still haven’t posted. And the window clerks are slow there’s no good service im withdrawing my money ASAP this was last straw. Do NOT bank here you will regret it I assure you. UNPROFESSIONAL

This is a horrible bank whos corporate staff are unreliable and feeble minded. They lack the basic confidence and competence to properly run a bank. If you work at burger king and shop at Walmart, and live check to check, this might be an ok bank for you. But if you are a professional looking for a bank which is willing to grow with you, then this isn't the bank for you. They lack vision, and confidence, and they will disappoint you.
