i have had several loans from them and they have always been professional and never rude to me or other customers when i was there , work with me when i was late. Yes they take your debit card information but they GET YOUR PERMISSION HOW ELSE WOULD THEY GET IF YOU DIDNT GIVE IT TO THEM?? They even tell you the day they are taken it out of your checking account so you will know its always been like that since i have been going there. That is how you make you monthly payments. i would highly recommended them anyone looking for a loan.

Most HORRIBLE experience I have ever dealt with. I am getting continuous calls regarding someone I dont even know. These "office ladies" decided to say crude things to me and laugh at me on multiple accounts. I came up to speak with the manager regarding the harrassment and the crude service and they refused to let me in. They then started making faces at me through the glass and laughing again at me. Again I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. this could be a reputable business if the employees took any amount of pride in their jobs or had any amount of professionalism.

I was approved over the phone and they had the loan ready when i got there. They said that if I had a title they would have loaned me $1,400.00. Everybody else keep shooting me down acting like they didn't have the time.

Called around checking for loans and the person that answered the phone was so rude and insisted I was not giving her information when I was answering her questions, I would not recommend this place to anybody based on customer service alone.

I’ve dealt with several finance companies in Tulsa and this place is the worse! I would not recommend them to anyone! I was a perfect customer had great pay history and was told that I no longer needed to have “auto draft” on my account. Since working from home due to COVID19 I missed their call and hasn’t gotten around to calling them back to make arrangements. They auto drafted my account without my consent which put me into overdraft! When I called to address the situation the chic was like “that’s what you learned in kindergarten to read everything before you sign it” completely inconsiderate to the current status of the world! The little I had was for groceries to get me and my family through the weekend! I will NEVER use them again!

Kevin And Jennifer are the most rude and nasty people I have ever had to deal with . There are plenty of other loan companies in town with nice people wish I could rate them 0 stars !!!!

The office staff is extremely rude. I asked to make some kinda payment aragment and the staff was unprofessional and rude. They said no that they could care less what I was trying to do and that they was just going to drag me to court and I’m only 2 weeks late these people are insane! Never go here run the other way!

Helpful and friendly, always professional. Can’t complain about about, they’re always there when I need extra $$.
