Amazing customer service, Rob answered our call and was doing our paper work while we waited to be processed in. He sat with us and waited for us to be released. I was having a less the wonderful day needless to say. Long story short, I ended up spending the night in jail. My roommate found "Off the Hook Bail Bonds." When one leaves jail, regardless if you are guilty or not and require a bond, you have enough shame and worry that can last you a lifetime. These guys were terrific! Unfortunately, I recently needed a bail-bondsman for my 21 y/o son. I found Off The Hook on line and called them around 6:30 in the morning. Chad was great! He answered the phone (without it going to voicemail). He was very professional, personable, and reassuring. He walked me through the process, got his kids off to school, and was at the jail to post bond by 8am. Getting a 4am phone call from the police department is every parent's nightmare. AMAZING SERVICE!! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING WE EXPECTED!! If there were more stars to highlight, we would...Chad was highly professional, knowledgeable, and customer service driven. One of our children got into trouble in Wilmington, and we found ourselves calling bail bondsmen randomly in the middle of the night.
