OceanFirst Bank Main St, Matawan

Today I went to ocean first bank in Matawan . Maggie , the bank associate , was my assistant . She answered All my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I opened a checking account with her and she was accommodating, friendly, and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Maggie for your professionalism and topped notch customer service! Awesome job!

It is a pleasure working with Angela. She is the nicest friendliest person always with a smile. I’m only at this bank because of her, thank you so much Angela. We need more people like her.

I recently transferred all of my accounts to Ocean First, and I could not be happier. I was a customer of another bank for over 30 years and the difference in customer service is startling. Every interaction with Ocean First has been positive, from opening up personal and business savings and checking accounts, to securing a home equity loan. Angela Crispino treated me with kindness and efficiency when I fell into her chair at 10 minutes before close and stayed at least 10 minutes past close to fully resolved my issue. I'm sure she had paperwork to follow up on afterward. Please don't abuse her focus on customer service like I did. I hope Ocean First management knows they have earned my loyalty because of representatives like Angela.

We recently set up a business account With Angela and Mark; it was a great experience! They were able to quickly get us everything we needed so there was no interuption in payment from our vendors. As a local small business it's nice to call and receive a prompt response as opposed to the larger banks that just treat us like a number. Thanks again!

I could recommend ocean first Matawan branch to anyone. It’s the best bank especially Matawan branch to bank they have excellent customer service and credit goes to Mark who is Branch manager . Just because of him I am their customer. He goes above and beyond for all their customer s. He is truly asset to the Ocean first bank .

I originally entered the Matawan branch with the intentions of closing my account due to a frustrating ordeal. But Angela Crispino went above and beyond to make sure the matter was cleared up, and she had one of the best attitudes I've ever encountered in customer service. Can I give her ten stars? I love this bank. Every single employee I’ve come in contact with has been so helpful and nice. I was very upset the Manalapan branch closed but now I work right next to the Matawan branch, so I’m thrilled. Mark Glick was especially helpful today and I really appreciated it. He helped me get my new checks and new bank card. Thanks to Mark and to all of the other employees there.
