OceanFirst Bank NJ, Manasquan

I've been going to the Wall Branch of the Ocean first Bank for years. At first it was for the convenience ( location). It's still convenient, but the staff there is outstanding. It's like you walk into a room full of good friends. Big smiles, warm "hello's" ,courteous . When I've needed help or explanations they took the time to address whatever the issue was, always cheerful, always polite, from the manager on down. It's a pleasure doing business there.

My debit card needed to be replaced and everyone in the office on a Saturday made my visit quick and easy. All of the women worked as a team to make sure everyone was attended to and no one waited longer than necessary. All were kind and friendly as well!

I've been banking with OceanFirst for 20 years. The Wall branch especially has always been super friendly and helpful for all my banking requirements. This was the first branch I ever used and remains the best of the best. Outstanding service every time.

Had a wonderful experience at the wall branch. Maryanne binder was so awesome. Came in to cash in coin and walked out with a free coffee a nd a five dollars into my account because i downloaded the mobile app.Thank you oceanfirst

Actually I opened a checking and savings account because I thought the people that worked there were wonderful, ( tellers , managers asst. managers ) I especially love dealing with Theresa and Brielle , they always make me feel so special and go above and beyond helping me with my banking and make it so easy . I just have to say that every time I go to this branch it is the best customer service. Brielle and all the girls who work there are so helpful and courteous. Always a pleasure going to the Wall branch! Everyone knows your name and greets you as you walk through the door. Whether making a simple deposit or resolving an issue with an account, all of the employees at the Wall branch consistently go the extra mile to make each customer feel valued!

Every time I do my banking I leave with a smile! The staff is exceptional. Friendly is an understatement. Professional, courteous they go above and beyond. Would never go to another bank, or branch for that matter!

Everyone at this branch is so nice and very helpful. Tracey who is a new hire was so personable. Teresa is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help you. Ocean first treats you like family and that is the reason I’ve been banking here for over 30 years.
