Find another branch After spending 20 minutes waiting, I was informed of the bank couldn't notarize my document. This is not the first time they have done this to me.. The customer service at this bank is poor, with the exception of maggie, Who is excellent. Anytime I go in the bank and sit there waiting I see Bank employees coming out from the offices in the back of the building and wandering around. I have no idea what they are doing, but they never seem to want to help anybody. The branch is continually understaffed. Going into it feels like you're going into a mausoleum. Before writing this review I read the other reviews, and it's notable the tremendous amount of inconsistency in the bank service. People either love this bank or hate it. I personally love Chase but I hate this branch.

My husband and I were unhappy with our old bank. We decided to try Chase. We are so pleased with the professional service. We have not been disappointed.

Dawn Perralta mishandled my deposit. Out of spite, she had chase freeze my accounts. This is during a pandemic. I cannot make ACH payments to pay my bills, nor can I receive my unemployment now. The harm this bank and this teller has caused me is irrepairable, and I am filing complaints to higher authorities.

Four lanes and only one open all the time!!! The wait is ridiculous! Plus hate that they don't have a drive up ATM especially when you have 2 small children and in order to take cash out you have 2 options take them out of the car and walk up to ATM or wait 15 minutes in drive through to take money out. Very inconvenient.

I like that there is a lot of locations for Chase Bank but these guys nickel and dime you to death. It's a evil big bank.

I needed a wire transfer so I went to the bank. I wanted to wire an amount that was settled and readily available on my account. I also happened to have an incoming transfer that I sent to myself from my TD checking account to my chase account because I didn't want to have a low balance after the wire. . So I was told that I couldn't do the wire transfer until the incoming transfer settles even though I had the funds needed for the wire transfer available. IN WHAT WORLD DO WE LIVE IN WHERE YOU CANT USE YOUR MONEY FREELY? My account wasn't frozen or anything, I could have just taken cash from it in the same amount I wanted to wire. I did not need the incoming funds to settle for the wire. I had to go to another chase bank where they did the wire no problem. I even told them about my experience in this branch and they were shocked. It is shocking. I was even questioned by the completely unprofessional banker at this location about why didn't I use my td bank account to do the wire transfer? Why? It's none of your business, that's why. It's my business what I do with my money and yours is to do your job. You obviously failed to do that. She told me that because I never wired money to where I wanted to, its an unusual transaction. That's the craziest explanation I have ever heard. Crazy. Unacceptable. Would it have been less unusual after my funds settled???? One has nothing to do with the other and lady you need a new job. This one is not working out for you.

Left a voicemail for the manager asking them to call me back so I can discuss my unpleasant experience with an unqualified banker over the weekend but never heard back. I guess I'll have to call the general chase customer service number to report how poorly customers are being treated at this location.

The manager decided that aftet years of doing business with Chase that we did not meet her standards of people to do business with and closed accounts.There was always an arrogance about most of the personnel there that I could do without. Put that in your notes, Chase.

Hard to believe there are still banks without 24/7 drive up ATM’s. Especially so close to the beaches.
