OCCU | Oregon Community Credit Union Coburg Rd, Eugene

This OCCU branch has always been very helpful! I disputed some charges on my card and was able to get a brand new card the same day. Big shoutout to Ryan for the great service, thank you all so much!

Got cash from ATM. Went inside to exchange 20s for a 100 dollar bill. Was told I cannot be helped out unless I have an account with them. Why? Why couldn't I exchange the bills that I just withdrew from the very same bank? This doesn't make any sense. My bank is in another town. So disappointed with this credit union.

Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. For a credit union they take poor care of customers. Seek else where if I were you.

I have been a member for 45 or so years. Have had very few problems over the years.

The people here are remarkably nice!!! They really live up to their name. I go to this location whenever I need anything that has to do with my account. They are the BEST!!!

Casey Higgason was so helpful, patient and kind. He even followed up a week or so after our meeting to see if I had any more questions. I had used OCCU before but he made the experience much more personal and seamless.

Very kind staff. Low wait times usually. Convenient location. I can use the ATM here for deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and balance inquiries. Even though I don't bank with them. I do however bank with First Tech and they partnered with this location to allow customers such as myself the convenient option of coming to this location instead of driving all the way to W11th for First Tech...

Can’t wait to cancel my membership here they will and Do! Scam you for anything and everything stay far away from this company at all costs! Legal actions will be taken upon them. They need shut down permanently! Public beware this company WILL SCAM YOU

Absolutely could not be happier with a financial institution. =) Their customer service is absolutely the best I have ever had. Their people are friendly, professional & they have gone above and beyond time and again to help me in any way they could. Will be with them as long as they will have me and recommend them every chance I get. If they had a "6 star" rating...I'd give them that. Thank you OCCU for making my personal banking easier and my business transactions that much more successful. I could not have done it as well without you. =) Randy in Eugene.

This poor review applies to OCCU not this branch alone. Service is terrible, their website is pretty poor also. I requested a transfer from another account that I linked to the OCCU account. They promised 3 days for the transfer to complete. Took 4 days for the $ to debit from the other account and 8 days later it still has not been deposited into the OCCU account. This is a bit excessive length of time. Also you can't get anyone on the phone even when there are branches open on Saturdays. Customer Service is very poor. I do not recommend OCCU and plan to get out as fast as I can since there are much better options.
