OCCU | Oregon Community Credit Union Mohawk Blvd, Springfield

I have been using OCCU for 5 years now, and have enjoyed banking here, their customer service has been great, & easy to work with. I plan on staying at OCCU indefinitely.

This branch is always quick and polite. I came to them in need of a title loan. I was scheduled an appointment with Desmond, within half an hour I found myself walking out the door with everything I needed and a lower interest rate then I was expecting. Huge shoutout to this branch and a special one for Desmond for just being you. Definitely recommend

Went into the Mohawk location and worked with Desmond. He was amazing, made me feel appreciated. When considering my situation Desmond was careful and considerate. He took the time to validate his thoughts and advised with precision. He is a real value to your branch. Oh, and it is comforting seeing my ethnicity reflected. Adds an an intrinsic boost of confidence.

Well first and foremost I want to thank Desmond Reynolds for being the best bank representative. He has gone above and beyond many times even on his own personal time making sure I I understand what is going on you guys are #1 best credit union around.

4 of us went in looking to open some checking and saving accounts. There was a 3-5 minute wait and one of us was our almost 2 year old toddler. Desmund Reynolds is awesome and OCCU is lucky to have him apart of their team. He had crayons and was very personable and friendly. He was quick in getting us taken care of but also took his time to explain services they offer and answer any questions we had. We are happy with our experience so far with this credit union.

Walked in ready for positive results. The perfect banker sat with me and went over my Credit History and went through my options. We discussed choices. Banker gave me good opinions. Afterwards a long days of work I managed to get settled correctly with a personal credit line and finance for my new car(made my day 4 excitement) ... Big personal thank you to Mr. Des Reynolds... I would not change my banker ever, if I was paid to... Very respectful manner and great people skills to get exactly what you need... Big shout out for your support and great banker skills!

Great customer service I imagine a lot of people bank so sometimes there might be aligned but they get through them two at a time as quick as they can and they're just really wonderful people and I enjoy thinking through them
