The ladies that work there are the sweetest. They totally understood my financial problems and worked with me on all my payments. I highly recommend them. They will help you the best the can. They always play nice relaxing music, keeps it so cool in there, and always offers water. I went in on a day they had customer appreciation and they gave us hot dogs chips and drinks. As well as signed us up for the back to school back pack raffle.

They really don't deserve a star. I find them to be rude, unprofessional and I regret doing business with them. Who ever answers the phone needs training in Customer Service. A Smart mouth does NOT bring customers in. Looking back hindsight, "DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM." It's not worth the hassle.

**DO NOT send another person to my house** to tape an envelope on the door. It's creepy. Use the USPS with tracking.

It's a good place to go for a quick small or big loan. Friendly workers and the manager is nice and will work with you. I had a low credit and they work with me. I been doing business with them for more many years. I'm a happy customer.

I've never been to the store, but I did receive a check in the mail. Deposited and then received the payment schedule in the mail. I've called to make payments and have not encountered a rude person. Even when I forgot to pay and was 3 days late, the lady on the phone was not rude. So far, I've had a good experience with them. *If they are calling you and "harrasing you", you may need to pay what you owe. I've worked collections before so I understand that they are doing their job.

The ladies there are very nice. The manager went out of her way to help me get the loan for the things I needed it for. She told me she understood the situation I was in and she was not going to stop until she helped me. She did just that and the experience has been great since then. I recommend to go here if you are in need of anything.
