Initially I was a bit hesitant but Luz was a gem! Was very professional, warm and personable. I appreciated her friendliness as well as quick efficiency. I do look forward to paying this loan off BUY also love fact that it will increase my credit score I'm sure from a 620 into the 700+ range. Goal is to purchase a home next year and a car this year.
