Terrible customer service, policy over people, no employees with good sense; problems here that I've never had with other banks or any other business. Far better service at Wells Fargo in Centralia! Update: Obee's problematic policies have nothing to do with safety and the poor customer service was unrelated to weather or safety. Other banks deliver excellent customer service in all weather and while maintaining a high standard of security. Excuses are what a shoddy business and ignorant employees substitute for solutions and good service

Friendly, helpful, and understanding. Personnel are considerate and caring with open, friendly attitudes. All working there are encouraged to develop and present an open and compassionate, yet professional and competent manner and they do so with great success. O Bee has personal and business financial account options as well as knowledgeable and skilled people to proffer advice and ideas. Those features, PLUS exemplary customer service and a standard that promotes "Going that Extra Mile" make O Bee Credit Union into a Business that is much more than a "Cut Above the Competition."

The staff at the Tenino branch are always pleasant and take the time to answer my questions. They are conscientious regarding the customer's time, yet thorough. Highly recommended.

Nothing but positive things to share about this credit Union! For a small yet growing credit Union I am consistently impressed with O Bees dedication to member experience. There are some things O Bee does not offer like credit cards printed in a branch (they do debit cards though) and their online banking capabilities are limited, but their member service is so far above and beyond most businesses and financial institutions. Definitely recommend!

The Tenino branch is amazing! I was a little worried when they switched out almost all of the tellers at once earlier last year, as I felt like I had a pretty good relationship with all of them, but the new ones picked it up right away and do just as good of a job! They know our preferences for how we like things entered into our accounts, and they are super friendly and nice to talk to as well. OBEE has some issues as a bank, but a big part of why we stick with them is because we enjoy our Tenino branch so much. Thank you!

Sometimes they are nice, sometimes you leave feeling pretty insignificant. It's just not a place you go into if you need something, with confidence in getting what you need and /or leaving feeling great.
