Dave has been amazing to work with. In an industry of "professionals" who will do and say anything to make a buck, I feel as though I found one of the good ones. 1. HE'S FAST: Same day answers (within an hour for me). 2. HONESTY: He was completely transparent about the pros and cons of the available products. Something previous agents (2 prior) did not provide. I felt as though they were pushing me into products that paid them the most. Opposite with Dave. 3. RESPONSIVE: He answers the phone (what a concept). My other experiences left me leaving voicemails and waiting sometimes days for a response. In fact, the reason I called Dave is because another agent, after 2 calls and 3 texts, took 4 days to return my call. "I just saw you called" was the response I got.
