Chuck is great at what he does. He is trustworthy and dependable. He's thorough, gets the job done quick and at an affordable cost. I'd recommend him to anyone. Best mechanic around!

I took my gmt400 truck in to Chuck and his assistant. I thought I had skipped a link in my timing chain and preparing for the big fix to get it back working again. Using his great diagnosing skills he found out that the distributer was broken internally. Saving me 400$ in repairs for him finding the fix was amazing. I recommend that you bring your stuff to him before you spend the big bucks at another shop. These guys are honest and know what they are talking about!

Today I use this mechanic, I was super impressed at the time, and cost. My car was done in a few hours, the cost was wonderful, and he was honest. This is super important as I don’t know much about cars. Having a honest mechanic is very important, I would highly recommend this auto shop, to anyone! Very grateful that he was recommended to me!

Chuck is an absolute lifesaver - I've gone to him to do the gears in my Jeep with the best prices and quality in town. I was also stranded in the Naches mountains and he was more than willing to help me self diagnose my issue and even lend a hand towing me 2 hours away, that kind of service is unheard of. My most recent issue was with a starter which I couldn't for the life of me get a bolt out, he told me just to get my Jeep to him and he'd be willing to lend a helping hand - 5 minutes flat. There's nobody else I'd trust my rig with in the Tri Cities knowing that there's not an issue that could get past this guy, Chuck's an absolute master of his trade - Just giving credit where credit's due and letting him know he's much appreciated!

Great guys. Trust them with my whole family's cars. Has worked on my Hyundai, my Volkswagen, my dad's dodge, and my grandma's toyota truck. Great labor rates, mom and pop charm and reasonable rates. Saved us a tonne of money while getting to the root of every problem we've faced and fixing it right as rain. 11/10 would reccomend

I think I'm visiting chuck every 3 months for one reason or another, engine on my 06 forester blew out after 280k miles, he replaced it in 48 hours. Another time, my suburban needed some eco friendly thing fixed and boom 2 hours later it was done. Shifter knob on my Nissan Sentra was being finicky and he fixed it without having to spend the $500+ a dealership would charge me! He did it for less than a third. Nissan pathfinder needed brakes, he did that just as fast! Very transparent with his work, straight up tells you what you need and a few times I've popped in for questions or a quick thing and he does it or is able to figure out an answer with me. I am missing a few things, but they are the minor jobs. Go to this guy for the best and fastest work!

I was referred to All Out Auto by my father who's new to the area and had a good experience with Chuck giving his recently acquired used vehicle a thorough look over and some minor repairs. I brought my 2015 Forester to Chuck to get his quote on a small lift kit I had acquired and he was honest letting me know he had never done a lift on a newer Forester but felt confident with doing the job in ~2 hours. On the day it was scheduled, Chuck ran into an unknown issue causing the car to read error codes that weren't relevant to the lift kit and was unsure how to proceed. He kept the car an extra day but got everything squared away, allowed me to come after hours to pick it up, and didn't charge me any more than what he initially quoted. Chuck does honest work at an extremely reasonable rate and is a great guy to chat with. I'll be referring him to friends as car issues arise and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to him.
