I truly appreciate your professionalism and prompt replies. You made this transaction seamless and fast. Your staff is kind and knowledgeable. The Notary was friendly, quick and efficient. We purchased our investment Home with this title company and it was a great experience! The transaction coordinator was Lisandra Gascon and she took care of everything, answering emails promptly and helping with all our questions and concerns. Thank you so much!!!

On Friday August 8th at 1:30pm, I closed on one of my listings. The buyer of my sellers home chose this title company. At 6pm that evening I received an email from NU World Title Miramar saying loan had closed and funded and that all wires were sent, including mine. At around 8pm that evening, one of the sellers confirmed they had received their wire. I however had not. Additionally, the other seller received the other realty companies check and he received the buyers brokers check. Here we are now on Tuesday August 8th at 12:33pm, I have not received my earned commission as laid out in brokers disbursement letter and the office is no longer picking up my calls. I now have gotten my broker involved and if my commission does not hit my account by today, I will be forced to file a complaint against this company. If you are a buyer looking to find a company to handle your real estate closing transaction, my advice is to keep looking. If you're a realtor looking to find a company to refer, keep researching. Sorry to say, but I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

It's been a month since I requested an escrow refund and I have not received it. IT'S FRAUD TO WITHHOLD MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU! I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO THE AUTHORITIES! Lisa said she would check on the status of the refund but ni response to date.

Please avoid this company at all costs. The closing date came, and they were no way near with the packet. The closing date was delayed by three days because it was on a Friday. On Monday they were back and forward with the lender and nothing got done in their end. End up calling the president which the number is in their website.The president told me that everything was completed 1hr ago, Wrong. They were still holding the paper, and we couldn't get the house key that day because of this horrendous title company. The president showed his terrific customer service manners by telling me that I was calling the owner and should not be calling him, and his crew told him that everything was completed which was wrong.

In my experience as a real estate investor, I have come across several incompetent people. But, this entire office tops them all. 100% incompetent , unprofessional , and best of all, they Lie. They put off my closing ( I was selling) a month, one week at a time. Then on the final day , we closed, but only because the information they should have had a month prior, I ran around town to get for them. Yes, I , the seller did their job!, and they still were not ready ?!?!? Payment would not be provided for another week. Even though financing had been approved. Save yourselves a head ache, frustration, and a run in with a bunch of people that either don't know what they are doing , or are extremely crooked. Be very careful with this company.

Hands down my go to Title Company. People need to understand every time a sale of a property occurs there is so many people involved in one transaction and so many variables that can happen but they have a trained staff to handle any situation and I mean any, whether it's your first home or investment they can handle any curveball thrown at them and efficiently. Would recommend for any title services. And not to mention if you use the app your always in the loop!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their app makes getting documents super easy. The pay out in same day funding. Really awesome branch. Love you guys.
