Me and my wife have been trying to purchase a home for a couple of years. We moved to Ohio from another state a few years ago and qualified for VA or FHA. Our situation was a little different and when we started talking to a lender a couple years ago they told us to call back when we have x amount of dollars. he said this without doing anything other than asking how much was in our savings account. A well known VA lender gave us the run around and despite us giving them everything they needed, they just stopped communicating. With NRL, Pat was absolutely amazing. She walked us through everything and was so incredibly fast and efficient with letting us know what we needed to send over, what we needed to make sure we had,ect. Every single phase/step, Pat and her team were constantly communicating the updates,what was next and answered every question that we had and because Pat and her team are so incredibly thorough, we did not have many questions. Other lenders left us feeling like we were a number and wouldn't qualify for a home. Pat put our mid at ease from day one. NRL made us feel like we were not alone, that we mattered and because of them, we got our dream home.
