I’ve come here for years and had my returns prepared. This year Cynthia helped me and it was the quickest preparation and easiest year yet! I always have a child in tow, which is completely okay here. They have snacks and drinks out! Cynthia made my daughter feel comfortable helping herself. Great, quick and friendly service that can not be beat! Ask for Cynthia!

Cynthia is excellent! I came in with my two kids, and I was a mess this year, but she was so patient and understanding. Cynthia went above and beyond to get me the return I deserved and also talked to me about the advance I am trying to receive. Pam is also great,as soon as I came in for my appointment she greated me with her warm smile and showed me all the paperwork I needed to fill out and made sure my kids was comfortable with snacks and drinks. I love Liberty Tax and will always choose them because of how loyal their workers are! They're the absolute best.

Absolutely the best and most friendly place to go to. I’ve been going for many years. I had my identity stolen years ago and Cynthia spent countless of hours to help straighten my taxes and returns up so I could have a normal tax return experience each and every year. You won’t find a better place for customer service and biggest returns than here.

I love Getting my taxes done here, the staff makes it a very quick and easy process. Kirsten did mine and had great hospitality the entire time. I recommend Everybody comes to liberty for their taxes!

We've gone to the Lawrenceburg Indiana Liberty tax for years. They are great to work with, they are professional and help you through every step of the filing experience. Cynthia usually does are taxes and is great with helping us navigate through all the questions we have.

Turbo said i owed 3500!! Fed and state. waited till the last sec and got an appointment on Easter! They did their magic. In the end I owed the state 200. Might cost more than turbo but the people here with thier knowledge and skill are worth every red cent. Thank you guys very much!!!!

I recently took the tax class at this Liberty Tax, and I gained so much knowledge on taxes. On top of that, the people there are great. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and the other students were fun to learn with. If you have the time to spare, I highly recommend this class to get an in-depth understanding of your taxes.

Melinda was extremely friendly. She knew exactly what to do with my taxes (mine are a little complicated). Thank goodness she is tech savvy because some parts of my W2 were missing and she was able to find them on my app and print them. The double check was also great. I felt completely confident in my taxes being done correctly this year.

I was given the opportunity to take the liberty tax class at Lawenceburg Indiana. The learning experience was above and beyond my expectations. The lady that worked on my taxes was so nice and professional, but also made me feel right at home. I got the advance and it didn’t charge me an arm and a leg extra to do so like H and R Block always does. It’s my first time going to them and I will definitely be going back next year.

I know with the help of the computer and all types of things that we can get access to online that I could probably get through doing my own taxes. But I don’t understand why anyone would want to take that chance. I appreciate the fact that they are there to help me through this less than fun time, they’re easy to talk to, And the answer any questions I have. I have recently went through the tax school that liberty tax has offered. They are great people to work with and an office that makes you feel very welcome. I am happy to say they offered me a job and I will be working for liberty tax in 2022 and can’t wait to enjoy the fun office.

I think the lady’s names were Paula and Kristen Whalen both tried to get me the most on my taxes. They work at the Lawrenceburg, Indiana location.They both did a super job. They also made it very enjoyable. They both were very friendly and helpful. This was on January 15th
