Overall very professional staff at Nova Home loans, Gloria was very meticulous in all aspects of the lending portion, she is great because it shows she loves her job and wants for the best outcome for her customers. Personally would highly recommend her to my family and friends for future needs. Very certain she will help us in future modifications in future or current loan(s) depending on market.

We weren’t sure what to expect buying our home. Leslie Thomas, in Sierra Vista, made the process so easy for us. She explained things to us every step of the way, and kept us from feeling stressed. I would recommend her and her team to anyone needing help with a home loan.

It’s strange when Chris was unable to reach us to schedule the appraisal, we responded as quickly as possible to facilitate his request. When I called Chris now three times, he’s not available. I was assured that he would return my last call in just a few minutes, but never happened. What did happen is Mr Leon put out a denial/withdrawal of loan after 61 days. We vacated the home three days before the closing, assuming that Chris was actually doing his job, guess we were incorrect in our thinking. Seems that Mr. Leon is so self important that he is unable or unwilling to return phone calls. If I was looking for a mortgage, he would be the last person I would turn to, and I will let everyone I come in contact with, to go with anyone else, as they will care more than Mr. Leon and his “team”. I don’t recommend him or anyone on his team, hey are too uncaring to be concerned, we pay their salaries..Lest they forget.

Kayla did a great job keeping everything on track. She communicated consistently so we knew what was happening throughout the transaction.

Applied for a mortgage in March/ April and after starting the process we were told by Kayla that she wouldn’t need anything else until about three months before closing. Over the summer we got a letter in the mail saying our application was denied because it was incomplete. They never contacted us nor did they return our calls or emails when I tried to get in touch with them to ask why they did not communicate with us. We were recommended to them by the sales associate of where we were buying but ultimately went with a different company to purchase our home. As a homebuyer, I do not recommend Nova Home Loans in the least.

We highly recommend Chris Leon at Nova! He is knowledgeable and helpful, trustworthy and kind. He made everything less stressful and easy to understand. When we build our dream home, we will definitely be calling him again to help us!
