My income is unconventional and did not readily meet the documentation demands required for a new loan. Other lenders claimed to offer lower rates than NOVA but dropped me like a hot potato when things got complicated. Roland Scott at NOVA didn't give up on me -- he went back and forth with the lawyers and underwriters until all extra documentation was satisfied and the loan was closed. I'm grateful for the extra effort.

Kevin Kostoff at NOVA was a great loan officer. He was available whenever we needed him for a question or to discuss details about our loan. He was great in working with our real estate agent and the title company.

Nova Loans was one of the worst communicating companies related to financial/mortgage industry I have ever dealt with. Multiple emails and voice mails were never returned related to our refinance, much to our frustration. After almost 4 months of no responses, a letter was sent to myself and my wife stating that our application was incomplete, which was untrue as we had it all completed in late October, 2020. Credit info stated it was reported on in October 2020 and we just received these letters today, April 24th, 2021. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company at all! I'd give it no stars, but google reviews makes you put at least one star into the post.

Jeff Jordan, Nolan Susan and his whole team are the best of the best. We have used NOVA twice now for VA home loans in diffifult situations and they have been incredible. The whole team is very communicative and responsive and knowledgeable about purchase and new home builds. They go the extra mile and a half to make sure all the dots were dotted and T’s were crossed. I will only use Nova in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
