Working with Andrea was absolutely amazing! The whole process was truly the easiest refinance we have ever gone through. Andrea and Alexis were easy to communicate with. They provided us with a very easy-to-follow to-do list of the required information. We signed documents without any interruptions to our workday. Sometimes I even forgot we were in the middle of the refinance until we received documents that needed signatures. The company that did the appraisal was very professional and courteous. Lastly, the closing was done in the comfort of our home and wrapped up quickly. New American and Andrea's team were great to work with. I first used NA when I bought my house and that team was a dream in helping me get my complicated process done and done very well. Unfortunately due to my circumstances, they worked with CHFA to transfer my loan to them, but I was always waiting to get into a position to pay my down payment and switch back over to NA.
