Eric and his team are the absolute best mortgage industry professionals with whom I have ever worked. They are extremely responsive, diligent, transparent, and are able to overcome many potentially challenging obstacles. I highly recommend Eric and his team. 10 Stars.

Nova Home Loans has been great. Back in 2018 they helped us with our first loan to purchased our home. Now, we came back for a refinancing process for our home. Robby, made the process easy and stress free. He worked hard to find us the best interest rate and responded to all of our questions. Thank you Robby and Nova Home Loans.

I worked with Tyler Breskin and honestly can't say enough about how great he is. From the start he took time to have a conversation about what we wanted from the process, he was always available and quick to respond to questions and really did all the heavy lifting. He communicated with us every step of the way and it couldn't have gone smoother. Highest recommendation!

I worked with Chris Callen. She was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. One example is when the notary was hired by the title company and there were 3 incorrect disclosure statements that wanted us to sign, naturally I was hesitant. I called Chris and she called me back immediately so we weren't delayed. She gave me reassurances that I needed and here quick response help facilitate a quick closing. Thanks Chris!

We had a great experience with our mortgage refinance though Nova Home Loans. All staff who worked with us was professional, ready and happy to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Thanks for making our refinance a great experience for us. Highly recommend. A+++

Chad was amazing!!! He was quick to respond to my many questions and worked diligently to get our loan approved. We had a very bad experience with another lender but Chad turned it all around and made it happen! We are so grateful for him and all the work he did to get us into our new home!

This is our second time using NOVA in a year - and unfortunately, this will be our last. While I am very understanding that mistakes happen, I find the number of mistakes made and the lack of ownership from NOVA throughout our transaction to be completely unacceptable. There were many times where NOVA quite frankly dropped the ball and displayed no sense of urgency to correct it. Additionally, we had to frequently stay on top of the team to finalize items on their end - for example, when we were asked to complete repairs less than a week before our scheduled COE and were not provided any clarity on what was being asked for 24 hours. This request from NOVA came three weeks after they had been provided with all of the information needed. It is unacceptable to make large requests with no notice and so close to the closing date - and even more unacceptable that no one responded to us providing clarity for so long. Lastly, NOVA's lack of due diligence caused a tremendous amount of stress on our closing day. The wrong amount was wired to our title company, and despite having been made aware of this early in the morning, the NOVA team did not follow up with us at any point during the day until WE called and acted as the middle man. We were told it was resolved, only to find out an hour later (about 20 minutes before our last opportunity to record for the day) that the wrong amount had STILL been sent. If it wasn't for our amazing title company, we would not have been able to close on our scheduled day, and I am beyond disappointed that the NOVA team has taken zero responsibility for their many mistakes nor have we so much as received a simple apology for stress caused. I encourage NOVA to consider modeling your business to be much more client-centric, take ownership for errors, put in more than the bare minimum to communicate, and know when a sense of urgency is needed.

We have never had lender keep us informed about market trends and value of our properties. It was a great experience to be informed when it was a good time to refinance without having to figure it out for ourselves. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a home.

Tyler was amazing when I first started working with him and my client. It was made clear from the very beginning that I am a new agent and this would be my first client transaction. Tyler and I agreed that communication was high priority and at first it was. There were a few times that it was hard to get an answer or update but I am aware that I was not his only file so I was okay with it. I know Tyler is very busy. However, this all turned on it's head when about 3, maybe 4, weeks prior to close the communication slowed and then stopped altogether. It was understood that Tyler had become very ill, and that is terrible and understandable. I gave a few days and tried to give space for his healing. However, there were questions that needed answers and we were unable to get them. We asked about insurance quotes which he said he'd send and never did. The week before closing we were asking both Tyler and his team for closing docs so that my partner and I could walk my client through them, as well as allow my partner to show me how this process works. We BEGGED for 4 days only to receive the most minimal answers if we received an answer at all. It wasn't until my client called me almost in tears telling me she was being asked for information she had submitted to Tyler 3 times already that we realised something was terribly wrong. My client even asked if Tyler had been fired at this point. My partner and I had to reach out to the higher ups in Nova to get any type of response. We were given a new Loan Officer to take charge and be our point of contact. He was amazing. He cleaned up many messes with my client. In the end, this all could have been avoided with a simple email stating that Tyler had to take a step back, let us know who was handling things, and give all of us the name and info of the Loan Officer he wanted us to turn to for answers and guidance. His lack of communication in the end made a huge mess and frustrated my client and left me not wanting to work with Tyler again. As of the writing of this review, I still have not received ANY communication from Tyler, despite his statements to the Loan Officer who took over for him, my partner, and my managing broker that he would reach out to me. There has been NO remorse or apology for how this transaction was mishandled. It's a hard pill to swallow given how adamant Tyler was that he really wanted to get this transaction closed for me as it was my first ever transaction. Disappointed does not even cover what or how I feel about working with Tyler.

I refinanced my loan with them. They make the process really easy and explain every question that I had. Robby Gonzalez was really professional and was nice to work with him.

Chris Callen was amazing! We were still in Japan when we started our mortgage process and Chris was great about keeping us informed every step of the way despite the time difference. She sent us a personalized video at the start to introduce herself which we thought was a very nice touch. Overall we had a great experience with this team and will use them again if we are ever in need of another mortgage.

Brian was extremely helpful and friendly. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Explained the whole refinance process and made it easy to understand. Have utilized his services three times and will use again.

Very happy with Nova Home Loans, we worked with Christina and she was fabulous, very helpful, quick and responsive and willing to explain anything we didn't understand. We closed our loan in less than a month. I would highly recommend!

Mike Rankin helped put this first time homebuyer's mind at east. Despite my confusion through the process and my million questions, he helped me get everything done and taken care of as it should be by closing. He was recommended by my Realtor, and he did a great job getting my state Down Payment Assistance program taken care of, along with my loan. Would highly recommend working with him for anyone needing a mortgage!

Crystal Ralston is the Tom Brady of the mortgage game. She’s always prepared, has excellent communication with her receivers (homeowners), and never leads us up the middle to get clobbered. Her work ethic is phenomenal (she texts and emails on the weekends and evenings). I feel like I have a friend in the mortgage business. She’s super-informative and patient. We LOVE her! We have used her twice, and refer her to everyone we know.

Mike Rankin made the refinance experience easy and made me feel comfortable. He also always kept me updated on the progress of the refinance. It was amazing to work with him and his team. I would definitely recommend Mike Rankin to all my family and friends!

So my wife and I recently sold and purchased a home. We had a GREAT realtor, which helped. But, the other thing that helped was our agent suggested using Mike Barnhart from NOVA Home Loans. Admittedly, I was a tad reluctant at first just because I didn't know anything about Mike or NOVA. Now that closing day has come and we have our new home, I am so glad we had the chance to work with Mike. Mike was INCREDIBLY responsive and answered the phone or called me back in a very short period of time. He was always on top of things. He was even kind and patient with me when I was upset about something that I had no reason to be upset about. On one occasion when Mike was busy, he had Steven call me just to make sure my questions were answered. Most people would have just waited until later in the day, but he made sure my questions were answered quickly. (Oh yeah, and although I only talked to Steven once, he was great too). I would HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team to ANYONE that is looking to buy or refinance a home! Thank you Mike!!

This is my third time using NOVA home loans and I have to say it’s a joy to work with them each time. They take the time to try and get you the best deal that they possibly can on the rate as well as any lender credits. They moved fast and efficiently to get my refi done as quick as possible and it was greatly appreciated. Each time, the process was incredibly smooth, it’s nice to work with a company that doesn’t give you any runaround and straightforward answers
