Irene and Kevin are simply the best. They are great people that do a great job teaching loan partners and loan processors everything they need to know about communicating with borrowers, prospects and referral partners. It will take you years , if ever, to learn what they teach in a few short days. I can not recommend them enough!

The client conversion course with Kenny and the team was excellent! There was a lot of great tips and tricks for a wide range of experience in this business. Kenny really took the time to break down the why's and fully get you to understand how some small changes to your approach on handling your clients could truly bring in more referrals/clients and give your current clients an even greater experience.

It was a great 4 days with Kevin, Irene, Kenny, and the group. The training was very engaging, but not over the top. It is incredibly helpful to hear different scenarios, good or bad, and learn from others' experiences. I'd recommend this training to anyone who values personal and professional relationships.
