Hands down the best loan experience I've had. I shopped around on my first home and I shopped around on my second home. USAA dropped the ball on so many levels; but, Shannon's team demonstrated to me how professionals are supposed complete the task. Shannon and her team patiently answered all my questions no matter how small they were and always made themselves available to take a video call / phone call to explain the parts I didn't understand.
