Christie has been by far the worst "professional " we have ever encountered. Yes she did get us approved for a home loan, so in a sense she did her job, no complaints there. However, the communication with her has been from the very beginning horrible. On a regular basis it takes her days (usually more than 4) if not weeks just to replay to an email. When she does reply her responses are short and do not even address the question(s) at hand. Her emails have always given us the impression that we were bothering her. If you go through Nova home loans do not use Christie, find someone who will actually take the time to communicate with you, and not just when you make a complaint.

Wendy Ring is absolutely amazing. She is professional, responsive, honest, personable and genuinely has your best interest. We can not say enough positive things about her. She made our home buying and refinancing process so smooth and easy. She is an expert at what she does and takes the time to explain and answer any and all questions. She goes the extra mile, and is someone you want on your team! I can not recommend her enough!

Wendy was a great help through the whole process. She was proactive in communicating what I needed to do and what she needed from me. When making offers, she was very quick and truly kept to the "I'm her for you" mantra. She made everything very easy during a stressful time!
