Would give 0 start if I could. Sterling Campbell is a nice person at the beginning, but when he suspected that the loan won't get approved, he insisted to tell the listing agent that I told him to terminate the loan, which is not true. I told him not to contact the listing agent and please only inform my agent, he still insisted to do so. He lied and said he's obligated to do so and we knew that's not true. Then he started to call me multiple times and told me if I don't respond within the same day then he will tell the listing agent that I am the one who wants to terminate the loan, while in fact it's because of his inability to get it approved. At the end, just full of lies and blackmailing, this is unacceptably ridiculous and unprofessional.

HIGHLY recommend Loan Depot and in particular the loan officer I worked with...David Wilhelmi. David was attentive to everything I told him I wanted, and was able to deliver exactly the type of loan we discussed. David did such a great job I plan on recommending him, and LoanDepot to anyone looking for a new mortgage, or to refinance. The smoothest experence with any lender that I've ever had, and there have been many. Give them a call. You won't regret it.
