I was told I would not be charged for my car payment and it still came out. The person I spoke too told me if it did come out they would refund me but now I am being told by the manager "I am not sure why they told you that because we can not refund you". I was lied too and I counted on that money but the biggest issue is the manager did not care.

Just take your money elsewhere. They are a good 20 years behind a normal bank as far as digital banking.

Great bank but be careful, let's say your checking account is short and you have money in your savings to make up whatever difference, if you take from your savings 5 times in a month then your checking will no longer pull from your saving account, so you'll get hit with overdraft fees even tho you have it in your savings.
