I came to notarized guardianship document Mr. Shah was very helpful he explain my documents in detail. I went few places to notarized my documents and they did not notarized my document. Mr. Shah has a very good detail knowledge of notarizing all legal documents. Mr. Shah very friendly and polite person I ever met and I was in and out a few minutes. Great custom7er service and I paid very reasonable price. This my place for notary for now on. Thank you very much Mr. Shah.

I had to have some documents notarized for a house I was buying since I wouldn't have been able to attend the closing date. For a few signatures, I was charged $75. The website says only $1 for every signature. This whole place is a big scam. The guy running the place is also very rude and condescending. He was consistently raising his voice, putting us in an awkward position in front of other customers. Any simple thing we would do, such as opening up our phone to check the document instructions would be met with some retort, as if it was an insult to him. He also asked personal questions, such as the reason I couldn't attend the closing and the cost of the house. Oh, and don't let any of the 5 star reviews trick you. They all likely know him, considering they almost all mention him by name. No doubt in my mind he was responsible for 90% of those good reviews. Overall terrible experience, worst customer service, false advertising, and outrageous prices. Do not come here.

I want my documents to be notarized, because of covid, FedEx and ups are not doing notary and I found this place which is affordable and no need of an appointment. They notarized my documents in a couple of minutes as I was in a rush. I absolutely recommend their service for notary.

The WORST notary experience I've ever had. The place is absolute chaos and the man running the place was shouting at everyone including his employees and customers and waving his arms around like a crazy person. He is extremely rude and condescending and asks personal questions very loudly while skipping around to random people in the line, zero order to the place . There were no clear signs for price and he charged 10 dollars to stamp the back of my page? How am I supposed to scan and submit the document that way. Absolutely AVOID going here, the only reason I believe he even has customers is the nearby banks and the main passport office send people here. Someone should notify them, seriously.

Mr. Shah is the best notary in Chicago. He explained the process clearly for my international documents. This guy's is hilarious; you get your money's worth working with an expert with 35 years experience.

Went on Friday afternoon about 40 minutes before close (called ahead to make sure their wouldn’t be an issue) needed 5 pages for notary services for a condo closing. No pricing available on site. Got there and there were 3 people hanging around. Someone asked what I needed then passed me on to what appeared to be 2 newer employees. They looked at my papers and didn’t know what to do, but told me to wait as the person was finishing something. Waited about 15 mins. Then a guy came out with a raised voice talking about how he’s ready to leave. They tell him I need notary services. He asked some specifics - walks off saying he’ll be back to do it. Yells at them for not telling me to mark the specific pages I needed signed. So after finishing that, the girl tells me that it will be $25 a page for services. She texted the guy to ask for the price. I said that was unreasonable. She tried to say $20 a page was the least she could do. Since I wasn’t in a huge hurry I said no and left. Went to UPS on Monday and they charged me $4 a page for a total of $20. Don’t waste your money folks, find something else - and without the sketchy atmosphere.

Mr. Shah is a wonderful notary, with fair prices and very thorough knowledge of all legal notary documents. He even provided witnesses. He was the only notary in Chicago that would help me. Thank you!

Very abusive person. He harassed and yelled at his lady employee in front of everyone. He charged me $5 per page, while other's charge $1 per page in the area. Given that he was screaming at the top of his lungs, I paid and left the place without argument. I'll never visit this place ever, big mistake. I hope that lady employee sew him in the court, I'm more than happy to be a witness.

Relatively fast but unprofessional. He kept shuffling between various customers. He also recited all of my personal details including passport number aloud for everyone to hear. Charged extra 2 dollars for credit card payment.

The website for this business lists their price for notarizing documents as $1 and up. When I arrived with my documents to have signed, the pricing seemed very arbitrary. I only had 3 pages notarized and was charged $10 each for two of them, and $5 for the other. $25 for three signatures is ridiculous. I've never paid so much for notary services. I was almost charged $40 for some reason until they recounted the pages. The staff was very friendly though. I just don't understand their pricing system at all, especially since there isn't any written break down or explanation of the pricing anywhere online or in person.
