Easy to get. Clear payment scheduling. My only complaint is that I was told I would be able to refinance my orginal loan and when I asked when I would be able to, I was told I'd get an email. When I had 2 payments left, I asked again. And was told the refinance system was going to take 30 days or longer to be updated, which would be way after my last 2 payments. I needed the refinance instead of the pay off and had to get another loan. Other than that, customer service is nice.

I'm giving 4 stars at this moment, 7:30am because I haven't received the funds. CreditNinja immediately approved me. If not for the long weekend I'd have the money. I'm waiting for 8am. Then I'll give 5 stars!

I applied on the 18th and by the 23rd the funds were in my bank account. Somehow, I thought it'd be quicker, but at least they came through for me in one of my most difficult situations. Vehicle repairs, groceries, fuel for our vehicles to continue working in this vicious-cycle-of-life. Thanks again, CN. I just hope I live long enough and stay healthy enough to continue working so I can pay you everything back...Amen

This is a terrible place to get a loan from. I gave them a call to pay out $300 I borrowed from them less than a week ago. They trying to charge me an additional $400 on top of the $326 to pay it out. Survey say 99% of the companies you get a loan from.do not do that. So you come out better trying a whole different company. If I could I would give them zero Stars.

Run away do not do business with this company,most unprofessional company ever they never actually got me any money,however they made sure I got a schedule to repay the loan I never received,I called and verified my account twice, then finally on the third time they said they had the wrong account😂😂😂 I wish there was a zero star rating

Been sending me things for months. I'm having some car troubles and the extra money would have helped a lot but honestly I should have known better when then wanted all of my bank account information and my BANK LOG IN INFORMATION. I was approved on the condition that they get my bank account log in info. Finished filling it out and then was rejected?? There is nothing in my bank account that would make a loan that I'm previously approved for be denied....
