Horrible customer service the employees are rude ignorant girls that shouldn't have been hired just left their 10/20/2018 11:39 a.m I run a towing and recovery business and have had had one of their vehicles impounded for quite awhile went in for the 3rd time the one Hispanic girl literally cussed and used foul language against us. And refuses to contact her manager or to call corporate. Again do not do bhsiness with this ignorant company especially this branch in particular.

I posted recently about the difficulty I am personally encountering on paying off my loan, while the issue is still up in the air I would like to say that Natalie has been very helpful and understanding to my particular problem..... thank you Natalie. *corporate just got back to me and thankfully was incredibly helpful to my unique situation and issue was resolved, although I was very frustrated at the beginning, everyone I dealt with starting with Natalie to the gal at corporate were super helpful and I appreciate this company and their willingness to be helpful in a frustrating situation!*
