Called to advise that vehicle on loan was broken down and at mechanic in an effort to show transparency with company. Was talked over repeatedly by a very rude woman, who told me that the vehicle will no longer be considered collateral then, despite them still keeping the title, and that I am to pay the loan amount regardless. So I was being told that, on top of a likely $1000 repair, I am to pay them for the non-working vehicle and the vehicle itself will no longer satisfy the loan. Which, if I'm not mistaken, is the entire point of a title loan in the first place. Didn't help that this disrespectful and rude woman, immediately told me that if I didn't make the payment I would face collections. Mind you, she didn't ask any questions, provide any suggestions, or even verify who she was speaking with. I was being threatened with collections by this bratty woman, despite not even being past the due date of the FIRST payment. Not even past due, and being threatened with collections for a broken down vehicle they have the title for, and are requiring me to pay $400 loan on? Had the experience gone differently, I would have been more than happy to figure out an arrangement. Now, I have no desire to associate with this company at all. Just give me my title and send it to collections at this point. There are many title loan companies for customers to choose, I strongly STRONGLY recommend prospective customers to go another direction. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that.

I stopped in today to get help with a loan and Kirsten was extremely helpful and so kind and patient. She walked me through everything so I knew exactly what I was getting! Definitely will be coming back for future loans.

This is the worst company to use for a loan of any kind not only is it 300% interest they call you a few days before your payment is due several time in a day asking for payment. And customer service is very low as well in this location. Ill be taking my business somewhere else. I do not recommend them to anyone unless you want to be in debt even more then when you started and possibly even loose your car.

The customer service at Northwest Title Loans is outstanding. April was so quick and able to answer all my questions. I will definitely go back when I need cash on the spot. April made it so easy. I recommend them to anyone that needs cash in a hurry.
