Went in today to try to sell my custom Xbox 1 and I paid reasonable price for it. And pawn 1 could do better than $80 when I paid 350 for it. That's ridiculous and I will never be coming back

One of the best pawnshops I have ever been in. I have bought 6 firearms there along with other items, and have always been treated well. Great knowledge of the gear, and great customer service. You won't get that typical "pawn shop" vibe, and I've never left feeling disappointed. I wish other companies would take a page out of their book and follow suit. They will continue to get my business for sure.

I have bought and sold things at Pawn 1 several times over the years. Pawn 1 is by far the best pawn shop in town. The customer service is as great as ever. Katina was really friendly and got my friend and I what we wanted at a fair price.

They used to be a good pawn shop. Sad to say who ever owns or runs it got dumb. Took the automotive sound system testing ability out. How stupid can you be!

I’ve brought tons of items to try to pawn mostly bran new because I need the cash, claim they don’t sell them when the exact same thing is in worse condition on the shelf, not pawning here anymore haven’t gotten a dime

I’ve bought from Pawn1 in Twin Falls a few times & the prices were great. The problem is whenever I’ve tried to sell them silver jewelry they say they’re not buying silver, yet the big sign outside says always buying gold & silver & their commercial says they buy silver. I’ve brought in great pieces of Sterling silver jewelry & been turned away & I even brought in over 15 oz of 925 Sterling jewelry & I was turned down not even an offer. Manager wouldn’t even look at my jewelry. False Advertising. Poor customer service.

I have been going to Pawn 1 for several years now for all my Movies and Games. It is always one of the best deals in Twinfalls. The service you receive is excellent. Look for Katina their, she is very knowledgeable and always a pleasure.

This place is awesome. I always get the best customer service when I’m there. KATINA is always super helpful. One day she spent over and hour helping me carry speakers back and forth from the store to my truck. And she always has a smile on her face that’s why I’ll never go any where else.
