Scam artists, trying to sell a car for $15,000.00 that won't even pass emissions. Check engine light came on the same night it was purchased. Took back and got our trade-in back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could give them a "0" I would. DOT NOT BUY FROM THEM... They sold me a lemon. Had the car for 2 weeks and the heat didn't work and the transmission went out. Their half rate mechanic had my car for 6 weeks when we got it back it worked for 1 day! Took it or our mechanic and there was metal shavings in the engine they had no intention of ever fixing the vehicle. Now I have no car and have since lost my job due to their lack of business ethics and selling a proper working vehicle. Worst experience of my life and will NEVER recommend this establishment.

So I went and checked out a 2013 Chevy sonic that is like a cherry red color well it drove ok so I decided to make the purchase well, 1st red flag was that the tire was super flat I didn’t think of anything, well the next morning my boyfriend checked out the tires and found the two front tires were warped and had so many wires sticking out on the inside of the tires. So I take to get two new tires they offered to pay me back which they did. Well when I went to get the tires done it also needed a alignment and then a lot of other work. So just having it for two days and I’m already needing to replace stuff nah I’m good I returned the car with no problems, but just be careful to check everything out on the car before purchasing.

My daughter purchased a 2016 Chevy sonic from this dealership. She test drove the car and it seemed fine so she made the purchase. This was on September 27, 2021. It is now October 30 and the car is sitting front of my house and it won’t start. What kind of dealership sells a young lady a car knowing that the car is no good. When we contacted the dealership we were told to use the warranty. Really???? I am not going to allow her to pay for a car that does not work. I will be contacting the finance company and we will be returning this car immediately.

As a family of 6 we desperately needed a reliable vehicle with third row seating when we arrived at this car dealership. KASSEM was extremely helpful and honest when it came to our needs. He sat with my husband and discussed the best options for us and we were able to drive off the lot with the perfect vehicle for our family. All of their vehicles are very well taken care of and reasonably priced.

The staff while helpful at first left us hanging for hours while claiming they were waiting for some word from the bank. After 3 hours of waiting and getting told just 10 more minutes so often we decided to leave. An hour and a half later at 06:30 pm they call us saying we had been approved but we already had been approved at castle Subaru. I don't know if this is normal operation for them but after a total of 5 hours at this location we did not feel good buying from here.

Beware! Found out my vehicle was totaled a year before I bought from them. They don’t tell you so make sure you do the work for them and get the car fax before buying! Called and they acted like they didn’t care and I believe they truly don’t as long as they’re making a dollar. Spread the word!!

It's been a year since I bought my car from this place. I was in a bind when I went looking for a car here but they had a car I'd been wanting for a long time. I knew if I didn't buy it, it would be gone soon. I looked the car over pretty closely and mentioned quite a few defects. There was even dog hair in the car from the previous owner. I love dogs so I didn't care that it was dog hair but it was obvious they never cleaned the car once it came into their possession. They agreed to put new tires on the car which were insanely cheap, poorly made tires. I had to replace them within 6 months. When I bought the vehicle, I was also sold an aftermarket warranty that "covered everything under the hood." Within a month, I'd blown a coil which was NOT covered under the warranty when I called about it. Within three months, my intake manifold had to be replaced for over 700$, again not covered by my warranty that supposedly covered everything under the hood. It took them 9 months to get the title to my car and blamed it on COVID. They gave me a dealer plate because they weren't allowed to print another temporary plate, which is still illegal. The countless times I was in contact with them, they offered to take the car back and give me a different one even though I made it clear I only dealt with them because I wanted THIS specific car. I realize not everything in this situation could have been predicted or avoided, and there was probably some small print I didn't read. I also made a choice to go to this place despite my intuition. But seeing all of these amazing reviews truly confuses me because not only of my experience but when I tell it to someone else, they share a terrible experience they'd also had. This may be the place for you if you have the spare money to dump into a car you don't know the quality of and don't care to have any specific car.

Make sure you get a vehicle history report before buying from here. I needed a vehicle 2 years ago and I also needed to boost my credit so I bought a 2011 chevy cruze from them. Right out the gate the car had to go through an inspection and I didn't have the car for almost a month. Then I finally signed papers after a month of driving around the water pump went out and that was a $600 fix. Shortly after that the belt tensioner went bad. Then Shortly after that......the transmission started slipping. Just be careful and spend $30 to get a vehicle history report, it'll save you money in the long run. I should have known better, I ignored the red flags from the beginning.

We went there looking at a Ford Edge and Mosse got all the paper work done for the Edge and at the last minute changed our mind to the Explorer. So Mosse had to redo all the paper work and never once upset with us.
