Chase Bank Willowcreek Rd, Portage

Out of 3 local branches , this branch was the most organized and helpful of all. The manager J.N. and his team especially Mrs. Cartagena were understanding and accommodating even in the midst of rush hour. This location rekindled my trust in this bank from a rocky, unfortunate start. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!

Shout out to Keelan Johnson! (I believe I spelled his name right) I had to go in today to get something done that kinda took a long time and he did a great job, also answered questions I had. Highly recommend!

Overall a great place to bank. They are efficient and helpful. I appreciate that they have a drive up atm, outdoor machine, and even a more detailed atm inside as well if you are trying to get through faster. Even to see a banker it's generally less than 15min wait. The only issue I have had here is their mortgage team. She works at multiple offices so isn't always available and was terrible at following up, we ended up buying our house with a different lender because of it.

I went to this location today as I needed assistance from a personal banker. This location was super busy but they were able to assist me. I sat with Steve and he was very nice and knowledgeable!

This bank is the only chase bank that can never find business credit card accounts. They wasted 15 min calling other branches to find card information that's on the card and in the end they can't take a cash payment. Chase has officially lost it. All this while waiting in a drive thu..where is the customer support I left to another branch and they made the payment instantly...chase should investigate and look into who they hire.

Went in on a busier day to accomplish two things 1. Remove someone off an account 2. Add another person on and get their own card. Yusif kept the line updated and everything. Great customer service but knowledgeable as well. He definitely kept our productive streak going. Thank you Yusif keep up the amazing energy! Highly recommend to my friends and family.

Lady came in behind a long line stating she had no time she had one quick questions. Well 2 bankers helped 2 people in the time of her just asking one question. They were talking so long I was going to offer them a cigarette to go outside. Not professional to leave one customer who waited in line!! To go to another who doesn’t have time! There is a line for a reason that doesn’t apply here

Previously I had been banking in the small town I moved to in 1988, when my Son talked me into Banking where he does. I took a chance & changed over to Chase Bank & I couldn't be Happier. My tellers are so Kind & Informational, I cannot understand why I wasn't using them all along!

Great customer service even at the close of day they went above expectations and helped me secure an account super clean business inside and out very impressed
