I have been a customer at Northwest for 12 years with my account always in good standing with the bank. I made a one time error with an automated savings transfer which caused an overdraft fee. Called the bank to see if they could do anything to waive it for a longer time customer. Manager was not able to do anything about it and I would have to pay the fee. Lost a long time customer.

I have been a customer of Northwest Savings Bank for as long as it has been located on McKnight Road. My association with Northwest Savings Bank has never been anything other than a pleasant and professional experience. Every employee that I have encountered has treated me as if we were family and has been helpful beyonod my expectations. I sincerely hope that Northwest Savings Bank remains at the McKnight Road location as I will continue to rely on them for all of my banking needs.

Might been one of the worst, banking experiences I ever had pretty sure I would watch the movie Geo-storm on repeat than ever bank here.

Went to drive thru ATM and had to wait in line cause the ATM is in the same lane as a regular bank lane and the car that was using the bank lane blocked the ATM. Other than that though, it was quick and easy.
