Bank of America Financial Center Mcknight Rd, Pittsburgh

At this Bank of America branch, I deposited cash. I interacted with two employees, and they both were polite and performed their jobs well. The interior of the building was laid out differently than other banks are. The building materials and furniture looked new.

I’ve been an ONLINE banking customer of BofA for several years. I use the BofA app regularly. It’s easy to navigate & quite intuitive so it is easy to understand. The other day I had to find a BofA Financial Center that has a human staff on-site! I finally found it here at the Ross Town Centre BofA. I phoned this location first to gather information. The man who I spoke with was polite, informative, understanding, and knowledgeable. He helped to clarify my questions, and I soon discovered I needn’t make a physical trip to the bank; he offered me a Fax number & the department to address the paperwork to the attention of, to completely solve my situation. I was very satisfied and I really enjoyed my conversation with him. After hanging up, I took care of the fax and everything is now “kosher”! Lol. Thank you, “Mr. Bank of America, Ross Twp. location”!!!😉

Yesterday, I met Denisa Siroka who is employee of BOA this financial center. She solved my problem very quickly and professionally. I was very happy to meet her and she show me what is the customer service!!!!!

New BOA small business banking customer. Office is nice and staff was friendly to begin. But as soon as they couldn’t verify my signature in their system (due to the account being new and the signature card not being processed yet) they offered no helpful solutions. Even got the feeling they were hinting I might be trying to conduct some illegal activity. Very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Wish we had chosen a different bank for the new business (will push to switch). Certainly won’t be going back to this branch.

New bank in the neiborhood! Most inconvenient way to just cash a check. They have one person hidden behind a secret door that you have to wait for her to come get you... then I asked to cash a check that qas theirs and they wanted to charge me to cash it! Its their check!!! Then when i decided to just say nevermind they just turned me away! I was asking about a home loan while I waited, lost interest immediately! Nice people they they were polite, just seems like the business is a mess! Not the best way to start your reputation!

I’ve been with this branch of Bank of America for over a year now and I’m always pleasantly surprised at how professional and courteous every single member of their team is. I don’t have to go into the branch too often because their systems are very user friendly from my phone, but I am always greeted quickly and treated with respect. I’ve never been to another bank that has made me feel so good about doing business with them.

I dealt with Levi Wright, he is very unprofessional. The manager on the other hand was very helpful. They need more knowledgeable greeter. The greeter was a joke, no clue what he is doing.

I reached out to this branch with interest in refinancing my home as well as business loans to help with growth of my company. I was sold a checking account that I was told was 100% necessary in order to move forward with business loans. Then they called and attempted to sell me several other services that were not what I was looking for. After meeting with several people in this branch and collecting hours worth of paperwork, they have not contacted me and won’t respond to my messages despite me reaching all qualifications. Bank of America is great when you call customer service but this branch lacks the integrity of its parent company.

Oh hell no! Don't bank here. Most unusual set up inside for starters. Someone else commented about a secret door for the teller, it's true! I have to go in, tell "receptionist" what I need, then sit and wait for teller to take me behind her secret door. LOL. Also, be warned! If you deposit a check they will hold the funds for almost a week! Grant it, my account is a month old but the check is from my 401k/stock plan company, they do not write bad checks! STEER CLEAR!!!!

Julies or Jules is the branch manager at this locatoin. She managed to trick my customer into opening an account on which he had no intention to do. While treating their current customer with complete lack of any knowledge how their own system works. BOFA please train your branch managers more, its very frustrating and time consuming working with rude and unprofessional people that just click the phone on a 13 year old corporate customer of yours
