Leigh and her team are FANTASTIC! We didn't make it easy for them, either. We first purchased our home through Northstar Mortgage. I don't know how she did it, but Leigh was able to secure financing for us to buy our dream home. 5 years later, we refinanced to do some improvements. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Leigh answered my questions even while recovering from Covid. When we were out of town for the closing date, Leigh knocked it out of the park by sending a travelling notary to our resort in Myrtle Beach. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Leigh and her team and I highly recommend them!

Leigh was incredible to work with on my VA loan! There were a lot of challenges with my particular loan: doing everything remotely, unique property, multiple underwriting conditions, but Leigh was able to respond quickly and proactively with innovative solutions.
