this bank will not let you deposit large deposits will not let you take out more than 500 a day at atm you can not pay bills with your debit card cause you have a limit on that too. you give them 8 to 10 k and they will make you jump through hoops to use it. Moving to a real bank

My tax person needed a few months of statements that I had misplaced or lost. Tried calling to get copies and they wanted to charge a minimum of $25 just for MY OWN account statements! Next day I get out of work early enough I'm closing my accounts. That is just RIDICULOUS!!! I won't give just one star because in the past they have been OK to deal with, but this latest fiasco has gotten me really upset.

I really want to like this bank because the people I interact with are always so nice. Yet, I do use mobile banking and you should just forget that as it is far to much trouble. Always have to call to get back in and you can only call during banking hours. I never have these issues elsewhere. Also, they required a flood policy for a mortgage even when the flood policy provides no coverage to anybody yet the premium is in my case $1,250. They do not care there is no coverage and do not tell you you have no coverage. FEMA is part of that problem. Yes, you have to wait 30 days as well... even though there is still no coverage. I think a real bank would be a better choice. To bad because the employees are so nice and helpful.

Absolute garbage of a bank. If you try and spend a penny of your money, they lock your account or set an available balance of $1.00. They are constantly on holiday, and close the bank before any normal person gets out of work. They do not have a 24/7 customer support line, which is the basic level function of ANY successful business. Do NOT open an account with this bank, you will absolutely regret it.

Constant issues with my card declining even with money in account and the app is hard to use and only 3 locations its over app a decent bank if you plan to never use money or leave Michigan
