We love North Park. They have been so good to us and communicate well. There loan process is simple and will get you what you need in 2 days or less. We really appreciate how well North park works with there members to accommodate there needs.We really appreciate everything that Andrew has done for us. Andrew is a great loan officer. We will always be going to Andrew for our loan needs. He has helped us refinance our car loan plus Gabe us another auto loan for our new van.

My loan Melissa was very patient and answered all my questions. She walked me through my entire loan process. Everything was done very quickly from start to finish. I was/am very interested by her level of professionalism and knowledge. I have to wait a bit but as soon as possible I will be refinancing my vehicle loan with her and NPCU

My "new" husband called in response to a mailer he received in regards to a loan. He got Andrew as his loan officer. Andrew explained everything to him and the loan was processed THE SAME DAY and finds deposited same day as well. This couldn't of come at a better time with a recent setback and car repairs needed. The process was super streamlined and we were able to get back on with our "new" life, together! I suppose I always thought the process of attempting to apply for a loan would be extremely drawn-out and tedious but I cannot say it enough...ANDREW MADE IT SUPER EASY AND PAINLESS! Received a notice from NPCCU fraud dept that my card was blocked due to fraudulent charges - pending at the time. I was concerned as it said to call my bank to dispute and get a new card. It was 4:30 pm on a Friday. Texted with Brandy and was able to get it resolved and my questions answered by texting which is now an option. I also had called their direct number- got a VM left a message and received a call back @ 5:50pm regarding my message and concern. I informed the very nice person that I was able to get it resolved and a new card had been ordered. I have done business with NPCCU for a number of years - some 45 yrs. As my mom worked for a company that used them at the bs. ( Now defunct)and she had opened accounts for each of her daughters ( there are 4 of us) when we were very young. Opened my checking at 18 yrs old and have had car loans from them in the past. Credit unions are known to have the best rates for loans. My mothers used them for years. I admit I was intrigued whit their announcement to go virtual. I guess time will tell… But I will not use a bank. I feel credits unions are a safer place to keep my money.

I contacted North Park after receiving a mailer from them. They offered to refinance my truck loan at a much lower rate than Capital One was giving me. I went online and filled out the application and I was contacted immediately by Andrew letting me know he was processing my application and he would call me Monday. Long story short Andrew did exactly what he promised brought me from a 17.3% interest rate over 48 months to 4.2 over 60 months which lowed my monthly payment to $469 from 733. And he got it all done during the work day. Thank You guys for the help!!!

I started out with getting a micro loan. Later I got a follow up call asking if there was anything else I needed. I mentioned a consolidation loan to pay off some high interest debt. Andrew called me and in a very short time had everything set up and approved where other places wouldn’t. They were fast. Got all the documents to them and it was done the next day. Thanks Andrew and Christy! Y’all are amazing.

Melissa went above and beyond for me, even when the dealership changed things she was amazing. Working with me right up till the checking on me. This was the easiest way to buy a car and she made the whole process a breeze. I will be using her again and I will recommend her to anyone I speak with about my new car.

Melissa and her sidekck Conner did a great job of communicating what was needed and how to provide it. All aspects of the loan transactions were made simple and completed quickly. I contacted NorthPark first back in January when I seen an advertisement on Facebook about helping average people build credit for a loan they offered at that time! They were awesome.. I contacted again just to see if o could get a personal loan because LIFE HAPPENED AND WHEN IT HAPPENED IT HAPPENED BAD!! Ashley took my initial call and she was a breath of fresh air although I knew it was a possibility I could be declined she put me at ease. Now Katie called me and was absolutely awesome! She was able to get me approved and talk about other benefits!! I have never banked with a bank that actually cares about there customers like NorthPark it makes me feel good about my decision to have them handle my finances! Thank you NorthPark Staff!!
