I just needed change a couple weeks ago, a couple quarters but I made the mistake to stumble upon this bank right away you could tell the customers service is off and apparently needed an account with them, the only useful thing about key bank is the atm I recommend taking the time to cross the street and have you’re banking needs fulfilled by Huntington

I recently transferred all of my business to Key Bank. Do not expect any follow up. Emails are consistently ignored, Calls are not returned and responses are via snail mail. This includes concerns with customer service etc. The Google Reviews seem very consistent with my experience. I have closed my account and moved on.

Last Monday went in to get my money problem fix one guy computer was not working one lady was on the phone with some friends and I believe the other women was a manager and she was being rude telling me she don't have time to help even though she was on her phone playing games or was on Facebook got told to leave and to come back when they're not busy next day went in to talk about my account and to add money into my account same manager was there she got rude with me told me I'm waisting her time about my account so I'm using another key bank to try and see if they're better then this place and both manager's are rude as well most employee's that work there are really great at there jobs and do there best to help customer's just the manager's are the ones being rude

Your customer service is disgusting. If I could give a 0 (which is what you have left of my money) I would. Maybe think about treating people and their money with respect. This is the first negative review I’ve given in my life. If I could cuss on here, I would. Terrible bank and horrible service from this bank.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a bank, don't expect them to help you when you really have an issue, called again and again to try and get them to fix a hold on my rent payment, they kept giving excuses and caused the payment to be denied even though I had the funds available, causing me to have to pay extra fees with my apartment building even though it was the bank holding the payment. Just a bunch of liars and thieves, going to switch banks as soon as possible. If you value your money, stay away from Key Bank.

Customer service is absolutely awful and can’t expect them to help when you have any issues. The number on the back of my card isn’t even the real number for the helpline. Once you do get a hold of the helpline they don’t help you and just say you have to go into the branch.
