    Horrible bank... no customer service rep to answer any phones and they will let people take money out of your account.....please don't bank with them I regret ever banking with them its Horrible please don't open an account with them

    Today I came in and I had to sign in through a kiosk, I notice that once I was done and another person came no one clean the station or kiosk.. Also the chairs that are located in the waiting area wasn’t wipe down as the customers were leaving. This is COVID season and it must be taken serious.. Their also under staffed and I had to wait 45 mins for a debit card. Unreal and unsafe. Hopefully someone reads this and take care of the problem ..

    Poor staffing. Do not go unless you have 2hrs to spare for a 15min task. I called in advance to make an appt to open accounts for my children and was told I couldn’t make an appt. I showed up, and nobody was available. What bank doesn’t stagger their staff lunches? There was no ETA on when someone would be available to assist. So no appointments AND no availability? Disappointing.

    They should close at 5pm so customer have a chance to go after tgey finish at they jobs . and dont found bank close cz is suck. I thinkint to close my account wirh this stupud bank

    The automated phone system is not good. Can't speak to anyone and its 8am already. Are the hours correct for the Newark location? I can't seem to speak to anyone. I pressed 1 for English, Main Menu: Pressed 7 to speak to a "call center rep". Call is being transferred to extension 1970. Voicemail is FULL. Why is there a voicemail even enabled on this line? It should just keep ringing until someone picks up during business hours. No wonder the voicemail is full. If this is a new system, please fix ASAP.

    Disappointing & very poor customer service !!! They don't respect your time and have poor communications skills ...especially Elyzabeth ...she wasn't pleasant or professional by any means....she seemed like she hates her job and was not helpful .....just poor poor poor!!! I Am a state employee who initially applied online and received no feedback so I decided to schedule an in person appointment to get more info and left with no info and totally frustrated. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.

    Terrible bank! I was waiting 30 minutes someone answer the phone. I was Number 7 in line. When the phone answer, it sent me to the voice mail. This occurs all the time I call Totowa Branch. I will call to Newark. I want to see what happens there!!! Hahahah
